Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Spa and gym facilities at this property are unavailable due to Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please inform Peacock Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note: A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the non-smoking policy. Please note: A credit card is required for the deposit. For check in and check out: Early check-in may be available but not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly and check for availability with the Front Desk if requesting check-in prior to 4pm. A late check-out fee will be imposed on guests checking out after 11am. Please check for availability upon arrival with the Front Desk. Please note: Daily housekeeping is available at an extra cost. A mid-week cleaning is provided free of charge every 4th day only. Due to limited front desk hours from May 31, 2021 to September 30th, 2021, guests who arrive Sunday-Thursday between the hours of 11PM and 7:30AM must take the following actions: Guest must call property directly before arrival date to notify staff. Upon arrival to the property, Security will verify reservation name, Credit card, and ID all match to the person checking in, give paper registration card to be completed, give paper communication on next steps for following day, and give keys for 1 night. Please note that the 2 bedroom ADA Conversions construction will begin Oct. 1 - Nov. 15, 2021. Please be aware that there will be noise from the construction during business hours and possible dust/debris as well.
